In an Izakaya, dishes are typically ordered to be shared at the table alongside a cold draft beer. At Hitoyoshi Izakaya, we offer a wide variety of refreshing beverages including draft beer, Japanese wine, sake and many more.

Premium Sashimi Moriawase
Our sashimi consists of fresh, high-quality seafood air-flown from Japan. Indulge in premium sashimi with this set of nine variations carefully curated by the chef. The selection of fish and other seafood sashimi will pair beautifully with sake to heighten the fresh flavours of the sashimi. If you are new to sake, you can approach any of our friendly staff to get a recommendation based on your preferences.
Sakana no Hoshimono Mori
This grilled platter gives you the best of our grilled fare consisting of Eihire, Tatami Iwashi and Fugumirin. This platter is an assortment of grilled stingray fin, sardine sheet and pufferfish, which is a delicacy in Japan.
Kushi Mori Yaki
With a choice of six or ten skewers, this set offers yakitori skewers that have been marinated and grilled. The barbecue flavour is a perfect meaty and hearty contrast to the crisp, cold alcoholic beverage.
